ابدأوا بنشاط قصير معًا

1. افتح استكشاف المراحل واختر مرحلة الطفل من KG1 إلى السادس الابتدائي.
2. افتح درسًا من «نتعلّم معًا قبل الأسئلة». لكل مرحلة درسان بالعربية ودرسان بالإنجليزية، مع مثال ونشاط وسؤال للمراجعة.
3. اضغط «ابدأ المرحلة». اقرأ السؤال للصغير، ودعه يختار، ثم ناقشا تفسير الإجابة.
4. انتقلا إلى الحروف والصور أو مختبر الإبداع للرسم والتلوين. اختارا اللون والأداة، ويمكن التراجع عن الخطوة أو حفظ الرسم.

عند استلام رابط نشاط من المدرسة

افتح الرابط الخاص واضغط «ابدأ نشاطي». ستحل خمسة أسئلة، مع مراجعة بعد كل إجابة. لا ترسل الرابط إلى مجموعة عامة؛ فهو يتيح بدء نشاط الطفل.

إذا انقطع الاتصال، احتفظ بالصفحة واستخدم إعادة إرسال الإجابة نفسها. بعد إكمال النشاط على جهاز مشترك، اضغط «إنهاء النشاط وإغلاق النتيجة» قبل إعطاء الجهاز لطفل آخر. تبقى الدرجة عند المعلم.

الرابط صالح لسبعة أيام، ويبدأ محاولة واحدة. إصدار رابط جديد يلغي القديم. الانتقال إلى جهاز آخر بعد البدء يحتاج رابطًا جديدًا من المدرّس.

للمدرّس

يومك الدراسي خطوة بخطوة

1. افتح بوابة المدرسة وأدخل كود الوصول الذي أعطاك إياه المدير. ستظهر الفصول المسندة إليك.
2. اختر الفصل والتاريخ. أضف المتعلّمين بأسماء مستعارة مناسبة للديمو.
3. سجّل الحضور أو التأخير أو الغياب. الأيام التي لم تسجّلها تبقى بلا حالة؛ لا تُحسب غيابًا تلقائيًا.
4. أضف تكليفًا بعنوان واضح وموعد، وحدّث حالته عند المتابعة.
5. اختر لغة النشاط ثم اضغط «رابط نشاط» بجانب المتعلم. سلّمه لولي الأمر عبر قناة خاصة.
6. حدّث بيانات الفصل بعد الحل لرؤية أحدث محاولة ودرجتها. يمكنك تصدير CSV للفصل المختار.

كيف تقرأ النتيجة؟

مكتمل

انتهت أسئلة المحاولة وحُفظت الدرجة.

قيد الحل

بدأ النشاط ولم تكتمل الأسئلة بعد.

منتهي أو مستبدل

انتهت صلاحية الرابط أو صدر رابط أحدث. قد تبقى آخر محاولة في التقرير دون أن تكون قابلة للاستكمال.

التقرير يعرض أحدث محاولة بدأت لكل طفل، وليس تاريخ جميع المحاولات. الدرجة تدريبية تساعدك على اختيار المراجعة التالية، ولا تكفي وحدها للحكم على قدرات الطفل.

للمدير والمشرف

وزّع المسؤوليات بوضوح

عند إنشاء عضو جديد، يظهر كوده مرة واحدة. سلّمه لصاحبه على نحو خاص. إيقاف العضو يعطّل كوده وجلساته القائمة. لا يوقف المدير حسابه الحالي من الواجهة.

سجّل الخروج عند ترك الجهاز. لا ترسل أكواد الموظفين أو روابط الأطفال في المحادثة التعليمية، ولا تحفظها ضمن ملفات العرض العامة.

ماذا يعمل في كل قناة؟

اختر العربية أو English من إعدادات النشاط، ويستمر الاختيار مع الجلسة. لمسح ذاكرة المحادثة الحالية اكتب «امسح الذاكرة».

أوامر بسيطة للبوت والمحادثة

• «المراحل»: عرض المراحل المتاحة.
• «مرحلة 1» إلى «مرحلة 8»: اختيار المرحلة.
• «اشرح لي»: قراءة مذكرة المرحلة.
• «اختبرني»: بدء اختبار من خمسة أسئلة، ثم الرد برقم الاختيار.
• «أراجع إيه؟»: مراجعة الأخطاء بعد الاختبار.
• «إلغاء»: الخروج من الاختبار الحالي.
• «الموقع»: الوصول إلى الصور والتلوين.

المساعد يشرح من مذكرة المرحلة المختارة، والتصحيح يتم بقواعد ثابتة. إذا لم تكف المذكرة، قد يحيل السؤال إلى المدرّس. عند تعطل Gemini، تظل المذكرات والاختبارات متاحة. الأسئلة الحرة لها حد يومي في الديمو؛ لا يوجد تحويل تلقائي إلى خدمة مدفوعة.

6. وضّح أن أنشطة تليجرام المدرسية تحفظ درجاتها، وأن واتساب وحده ينتظر التحقق الرسمي.

استخدم أسماء مستعارة أثناء العرض، وأخفِ أكواد الوصول وروابط الأطفال الخاصة. المحتوى تأسيس عام مناسب للعرض في مصر والخليج، وليس منهج وزارة أو اعتمادًا تربويًا.

For families and learners

Start with a short activity together

1. Open Explore stages and choose the child’s stage, from KG1 through primary grade 6.
2. Open a lesson under “Learn together before the questions.” Each stage has two Arabic and two English lessons, with an example, an activity, and a review question.
3. Press “Start stage.” Read the question aloud, let the child choose, and discuss why the answer makes sense.
4. Continue to Letters and pictures or the Creative Lab for drawing and coloring. Choose a color and tool; you can undo a step or save the drawing.

When the school sends an activity link

Open the private link and press “Start my activity.” You will answer five questions, with a review after each answer. Do not post the link in a public group; it lets someone start the child’s activity.

If the connection drops, keep the page open and use resend for the same answer. When the activity is complete on a shared device, press “Finish activity and close result” before giving the device to another child. The score remains with the teacher.

The link is valid for seven days and starts one attempt. Creating a new link cancels the old one. Moving to another device after starting requires a new link from the teacher.

For teachers

Your school day, step by step

1. Open the school portal and enter the access code given to you by the administrator. You will see the classes assigned to you.
2. Choose the class and date. Add learners with suitable aliases for the demo.
3. Record present, late, or absent. Days without a record stay unmarked; they are not counted as absent automatically.
4. Add an assignment with a clear title and due date, then update its status as you follow up.
5. Choose the activity language and press “Activity link” beside the learner. Send it to the parent through a private channel.
6. Refresh the class data after the learner finishes to see the latest attempt and score. You can export CSV for the selected class.

How to read a result

Complete

The attempt’s questions are finished and the score was saved.

In progress

The activity started but the questions are not complete.

Expired or replaced

The link expired or a newer link was issued. The last attempt may remain in the report without being available to continue.

The report shows the latest attempt started for each child, rather than the history of every attempt. The practice score helps you choose the next review; it is not enough by itself to judge a child’s abilities.

For administrators and supervisors

Assign responsibilities clearly

When you create a new team member, their code appears once. Give it to them privately. Disabling the member disables their code and active sessions. The administrator cannot disable their own account from the interface.

Sign out when leaving the device. Do not send staff codes or children’s private links in the learning chat, and do not save them in public presentation files.

Assistant and automation

What works in each channel?

Choose Arabic or English in the activity settings, and the choice continues for the session. To clear the current conversation memory, type “clear memory.”

Simple bot and chat commands

• “Stages”: show available stages.
• “Stage 1” through “Stage 8”: choose a stage.
• “Explain to me”: read the stage notes.
• “Quiz me”: start a five-question quiz, then reply with the choice number.
• “What should I review?”: review mistakes after the quiz.
• “Cancel”: leave the current quiz.
• “Website”: open pictures and coloring.

The assistant explains from the selected stage notes, and grading uses fixed rules. If the notes are not enough, it may refer the question to the teacher. If Gemini is unavailable, the notes and quizzes remain available. Free-form questions have a daily demo limit; there is no automatic paid-service fallback.

1. Show a letter with its picture and a coloring activity from the home page.
2. Open one Arabic lesson and one English lesson for the relevant stage.
3. Choose a stage in the bot and request an explanation and quiz.
4. From the school portal, show a demo class and record attendance and an assignment.
5. Create an activity link for a demo learner, complete it in the activity page, then refresh the class report to show the score.
6. Explain that Telegram school activities save their scores, while WhatsApp still awaits official verification.

Use aliases during the demo, and hide access codes and private child links. The content is general foundation practice for presentations in Egypt and the Gulf; it is not a ministry curriculum or educational accreditation.
